Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy written by William Shakespeare early in his career about two young lover whose death helps their families reconciliation. This is Shakespeare's most popular play during his lifetime, along with Hamlet.

The play set is in Verona, begins with a street fight between Montague and Capulets servants. Benvolio and Mercutio stop the fight, Tybalt fights them.
