The main argument of the documentary called Fed Up by Stephanie Soechtig is that as time moves on more people are getting obese this is influenced by food commercials. As it explains in the documentary it is shown that as people eat less but exercise more is not working due to exercise is not the answer to obesity and the obesity epidemic has occurred because of the rise of processed food.
