He imbibed racist ideas during his stay in Vienna, which he later fled to avoid service in the army (Encyclopaedia Judaica, 2007). After World War 1, Germany was forced to pay reparations to France and Great Britain. People in Germany were upset and angry over this, Hitler took advantage of this and gave them a target to focus their anger and resentment on: the Jewish population. The quote is from the Encyclopeadia judaica, “In June 1934 he had his predecessors as chancellor along with numerous others murdered as a sign of his total control.” This supports the thesis by showing that he had the ambition to do what it takes to gain more power. He wasn’t afraid to kill them, for him it was another step he had to take in order to further control Germany.
Hearing the name Hitler, reminds people of the terrible things that he did to people, mostly those who practice Judaism. People think of him as a troubled man with disturbing thoughts of world domination. They remember how he started a global war to take over Europe in order to create a whole new nation with his perfect Aryan Race or Master Race. Hitler rose to power through, manipulation, ambition, propaganda, and through being a good speaker. All through by promising his people that he’ll restore Germany to its former glory.
HIs inspirational ability, made him convince and inspire a nation and wreck havoc on the whole of Europe. Many historians regard Hitler as the person responsible of WW2, After Hitler Committed Suicide and Germany lost the war. Families separated and the whole country went down on its knees. this shows that the death of a leader can cause chaos and wreck havoc on a country. The man was very inspired nation by his speech.
They both have talents in getting their themselves out of trouble or situations. For example, if a kid is caught mistreating one of his fellow classmates he would smooth talk his way out from getting in trouble and at times succeed. On the other hand, a dictator would be convincing/believable to his international community and win over his popularity. He would try to escape from being accused guilty of his actions. Even a
Adolf Hitler is most known for succeeding in “ convincing his country of the National Socialism ideals”. It played a large role in turning German people even more anti-Semitic. “The Jews’ economic progress, cultural achievements, and social ascendancy added a new dimension to their neighbors’ antipathy. In 19th century the Jewish community in Europe was to some extent accepted and respected. In 1866 even “German Chancellor Otto von Bismarck participated in the dedication of a synagogue in Berlin” in order to show appreciation to the Jewish society.
Advertisements have a significant impact on today’s youth in many ways. Youth are particularly targeted by advertising experts, and with deceptively happy cartoons and twisted truths, the youths financial status and social well-being affected, this can sometimes lead into problems for youth, especially considering how easy it is to buy things these days. This industry has greatly changed since the 20th century. Advertising used to be about just telling people about the product and simply requesting them to buy it. Now, in the 21st century, it is all about influencing the consumer’s (more specifically youths) decision using different strategies so that the end result will be them buying the product.
When the teenage brain is developing, the teenagers start to think in a more abstract way than previously. In fact, “abstract reasonings makes it possible to consider yourself from the eyes of others” (Nixon 8). To expand, teenagers are known to care too much about what others think of them and this is the reason why. This experience in the brain can change how teenagers can think of themselves. The actuality of the situation is that they can start to develop social anxiety from all of these changes and from thinking about how others think of them.
For example, they can become easy prey for sexual predators, especially because some events are covered by the media and the pictures or videos of the kids can easily be circulated online by anyone who is watching the competition. Aside from that, there are parents who tend to reflect their personal ambitions on their children. The dreams and goals that they weren’t able to achieve will be passed on to their kids, whom they will pressure and push to make sure they win and bring pride to their parents. Another problem is being exposed to bullying. It can’t be helped that other contestants might feel they are better than the other participants and will try to make the competition feel inferior or insecure.
This can also lead to becoming an outcast in society and viewed as weird, driving people to do terrible and even sometimes dangerous things. The introduction of social media just serves to make the problem even worse. It provides a stage for the spread of this fantasy to everyone without even having to leave the house. Also, with the rise of cyberbullying, it provides a platform for this to occur very easily, through the press of a few buttons. While the media is quite a beneficial part of today’s world, it serves to define youth, turning themselves into something they are
Children, specifically under the age of 18, are very easily influenced. Aside from society, children are being exposed to many commercial advertisements wherever they go. It is unfair to advertise to someone who is incapable of distinguishing the difference between entertainment and advertising. In my opinion, the most damage is done to the brain; it harms a child’s independent thinking ability. Their inability to form their own opinions is because of the mass amount of commercial advertisements they’re being surrounded by, is unethical.
