Romeo and Juliet both died by suicide but it is not Romeo’s or Juliet’s fault for both of their death. The death of both was their fate which is mentioned in the chorus. What Friar Laurence should have done was be the adult and tell Romeo that it was irresponsible to get married so fast and refused to marry them. And while he does express concern, “Wisely, and Slow.
