INTRODUCTION:
This case involved Giselle Hernandez being a danger to herself. Hernandez was transported to the Exodus Urgent Care Center, where she was placed on a WIC 5150 hold.
INVESTIGATION:
On 09-07-17 at approximately 1542 hours, LA County Clinician Vasquez #433353 and I responded to 100 Marion Avenue #6, regarding a possible suicide attempt. Reporting Clark Hiroshi advised PPD Dispatch that his girlfriend, Hernandez wanted to harm herself, but did not specify how. On 09-06-17 Hernandez reportedly wanted to cut herself with a box cutter.

Martin likes to get good grades, read, run, play music and interact with others. Always willing to take an interest in the arts Martin has been reading bass cleff since the fifth grade on the string bass and took up playing the electric bass guitar his sophomore year, but this is his first time participating in a school play. R/s there is a concern for Ms. Betty Lowery safety. R/s Ms. Lowery lives alone and is self-neglecting herself. R/s Ms. Lowery has end-stage renal disease and she doesn’t take her Dialysis medication. R/s Ms. Lowery’s daughters are concerned for her safety. R/s according the family Ms. Lowery’s mental state has declined.
Rosa M. has had behavioral issues all her life and has been in and out of her mother’s home. Rosa M. and her boyfriend smoke weed and have domestic disputes while the children are present, Malcolm has failed third grade several times, and he’s been in and out of different schools several times. Rosa M. has threatened Malcolm in the past if he doesn’t do things she wants him to do. There are people in and out of the home often and the mother’s boyfriend has a violent history and was recently released from jail. Christian has balled his fist up in a threatening manner at Malcolm in the past when he witnessed Christian stealing money from his mother’s purse.
On May 25, 2010 Etan Patz case was re-pened by Manhattan district attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. (cbsnews, 2010). On May 24, 2012 Police commissioner Ray Kelly announced that perpetrator for the death of Etan Patz had been found (Candiotti, S., 2012). The name of the man who killed Etan Patz is Pedro Hernandez, and in 2012 he confessed that he lured Etan to a store with the promise of a soda, and then strangled the boy to death in a basement (Candiotti, S., 2012). Hernandez then said that he disposed of Etan’s body by putting it inside a plastic bag, and then through the bag in the trash (Candiotti, S., 2012). According to Police commissioner Ray Kelly, law enforcement acquired the information that led them to Pedro Hernandez through a tip that they received (Candiotti, S., 2012).

The reporting party (RP) reported being contacted by school office of Williams Elementary 7530 Arnett St., Downey, CA 90241 (562) 904-3564. The school office reported observed what appeared to be a burn to foster child Amber Gonzales ' DOB; 11/14/08 right hand. DCF Arlene Barragan investigated. On 3/17/17 foster mother Alma Yepes took the foster child to the hospital located at 11500 Brookshire Ave., Downey, CA 90241 (562) 904-5000 for an examination, the wound was cleaned and wrapped.

Jane suffers from degenerative arthritis, her doctor has recommended that she swim at least one hour a day, but there are no swimming pools near her home. In light of this adverse truth, she spent fifteen thousand dollars to have a pool installed in her backyard, and the expense increased the market value of her home by five thousand dollars.
