First, the victim was taken to a hospital for a rape examination and her clothing and bedspread were collected as evidence. The laboratory found sperm evidence in the rape kit, on the victim’s jumpsuit, and on a blanket, which matched Good’s blood type and one-third of the caucasian male population (Haynes: Circuit judge). This shows that there was evidence but not enough evidence to say it was Donald Good. Next, Good was convicted on the spot. Good spent more than seven years in jail for rape and murder has been exonerated because of a tainted testimony from a former State Police chemist.
When I stated earlier that they were in a “family gang” they just did whatever they had to do to get to their family. With some research though I found similar story regarding the heavy influence of the family and crime. Basically, it describes a young white man who is currently serving time in prison because he was around his family that did constant criminal acts not caring about the consequences. But he himself started when he was twelve years old, his very first crime was damage to private property and fleeing from police. He was also arrested for the possession and intent to distribute marijuana, meth, and pills at the age of fourteen.
Miranda v. Arizona is a very popular criminal case, it occurred in 1966. Miranda v. Arizona is a case where a man, Ernesto Miranda, was charged for rape, kidnapping and robbery. When he was sent to interrogation the police officers did not advise him about his rights as criminal. Thanks to Ernesto Miranda, officers must say the rights we have when being arrested, these rights are called The Miranda Rights. However, Ernesto Miranda was an eighth grade dropout, at the age of 22 he kidnapped and raped a mildly retarded 18 year old
The police were called and when they arrived he confessed to two other murders. An expert who examined this young boy said that he is definitely mentally ill and also appears to be a sadist; a person who derives pleasure from killing or hurting others. 13 Ed Gein Got
According to Rewire.news, 70 percent of all teenagers are having consensual sex by the time they are 19, even though they are constantly being told not to. This shows that teens are going to be having sex to matter what, and it's not fair to consider them a sex offender for wanting to be intimate with the person they love. In order to prevent innocent teenagers from being titled as rapists for the rest of their lives, the “15 and up Jensales Law,” should be created. Statistics from the “Juvenile Justice Bulletin,” by Jeff Slowikowski show that one third of all rape cases (35.6%) are committed by minors. If we lower the consent age, it would result in less rape cases.
Ted Bundy is another famous sociopath. He was executed in 1989, but before his execution he admitted to killing at least 30 young women. “From birth Bundy was already in a category in which the FBI survey found 43 percent of sexual and serial killers: he had only one parent” (twisted minds). His early years were a little complicated because he kept changing his story. His mother left him in behind after he was born and he fell in love with a woman who left him as well.
In Atonement, Briony, a 13 year old girl has a cousin living with her named Lola who confesses she has been raped on this summer night. She also finds out earlier in the day that Robbie wrote her sister a very explicit, sexual note and thinks he is very aggressive. Lola tells Briony that she does not know who did this, so in result she blames Robbie based on the person she thinks he is. When Briony tells the police about the rape they sentence Robbie years in prison and he later is deployed to war so he can be out of prison. He had all hopes and dreams of going to medical school to become a doctor.
Unfortunately, the abolition of slavery in 1865 did not transfer to underground economies, such as the sex trafficking of children. Unbeknownst to many Americans, hundreds of thousands of children are being manipulated and forced to perform sexual acts for the enjoyment of adults. This perverted, pedophilic crime trade operates with little legal intervention. However, it can be stopped if people lobby, train, and volunteer. Children deserve to maintain their innocence and enjoy the process of maturation.
As to say Stone’s study was not only based on the Kraft’s research but he also based it on 150 Serial Killers who manifested sadistic behaviors, out of those 150 serial killers 47.3% had committed more than 3 homicides with sexual acts. A perfect male example when dealing with sadism is David Parker Ray “Toy Box Killer”. Unfortunately he was raised in a broken home where he was repeatedly abused by his father who later abandoned him. By the age of 13 he began fantasizing about torturing women by using bondage and other sexual acts. As time progressed he would reach “orgasm when masturbating only by fantasizing murdering a women” (Stone, p.144), by the time he reached adulthood, he decide to build a torture chamber later known as the Toy Box.
First, by drugging Brittany, Danny was robbing her of her consciousness and in turn, her ability to say no to a sexual encounter. Second, if Danny takes any non-consensual action in the closed bedroom, it is rape, a clearly immoral act. But morals are not the only tenants being broken by these actions. Both of these illicit behaviors break federal and state laws. The act of drugging another person, regardless of further actions pursued while the individual is drugged, is considered second degree assault according to USLegal.com and is punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

As proven by Nigel Jaquiss, muckraking is still out there in the world. Muckraking does still exist in 2016 in newspapers as demonstrated by Nigel Jaquiss’s three-part Willamette Week expose titled, “The 30 year secret; A crime, a cover up, and the way it shaped Oregon.” “On May 6, he confessed” (Jaquiss) This article helped prove that Neil Goldschmidt raped a 14 year old girl for three years, and covered up the crime. This article also showed the long term effects of sexual assault, by showing how terrible the girl’s life way following the assault (Jaquiss). This article was a great way to expose Goldschmidt for what he had done, and it proved that he should not be someone that the people of Oregon look
Earlier this month, a “sexting ring” at Canon City High School in Colorado was uncovered by school authorities. Involved were minors and legal adults, who had scandalist pictures and images of naked minors. This has brought upon the question of, “How do you prosecute and punish those involved in these acts?” Those responsible for these acts must take the punishment which they are served when the time comes. The judge is gathering the information and having the ones involved questioned. He is debating between the prosecution of sex offender or just a misdemeanor.
