Explain how Human Resource Management performs a key function in the strategic management of the organization and contributes to the organization’s optimum business performance.

Human Resource is basically the branch of an organization that deals human beings in that organization and the work that they do. Human beings are the most complicated of all resources that an organization can have. The other resources include machinery, and financial. The trick is that all the other resourced need the input of a human being to be operational and therefore, this means that if an organization has its Human resource strategic management in order, then that organization is destined for great things.
