The History of the Revival KKK The Ku Klux Klan Revival is a horrific genocide lasted from 1915-2023, which unfortunately still hasn’t ended to this day. The Ku Klux Klan (KKK) Revival was the restart of the KKK in the 1920s. The KKK was a racist aggressive organization who expressed their hatred towards minority groups in violent ways. They wore white robes which came to a point at the top of their head to hide the identities of themselves. The Klan had started in 1865-2023, unfortunately the Klan is still around today. At the highest there were 1,300,000 members in the Klan at one time. They are a racist group who tormented multiple different people in the world making everyone fear everyone around them. A lot of the presidents coming into office saw the Klan as a horrible group making a lot of their supporters hate the Klan even more. They were trying to share awareness on shutting down the Klan and making the attempt to make other people see the issue. The military was also involved at one point to shut down peaceful protests and riots that went on(Rothman). Although President Woodrow Wilson came into office from 1913 to 1921 and he chose to show The Birth of the Nation in the White House making his supporters support the Ku Klux Klan("Birth of a Quotation"). The growing fear of the Klan also made the group grow smaller as people saw how it was affecting other people and the aggression towards different races(Rothman). People feared multiple people in their lives because of the robes they were using to hide their identities("When the Ku Klux"). For multiple years the Klan was getting away with racist murders being committed throughout the south("Ku Klux"). People were seeing the problem as a mass genocide because the amount of deaths coming out("Ku Klux"). By 1925 the group was down to basically nothing because of the information coming out about the group. The group was shrinking as the years went on because of more and more information coming out. A lot more protests against of the group were being held to try to bring awareness to shut the group down
