Nowadays, in various sections of the world, young generations often tend to commit offense. The following essay attempts to outline some certain reasons and suggest some reasonable punishments for these offenders. As far as i am concerned, there are some underlying reasons which is liable for this phenomenon. The first point to note is that the excessive development of technological advances which is responsible for the high rate of crimes among young people. In particular, youngsters can more easily access to violent contents on TV, internet and firms without a recognition how these violent firms can affect to their future lives. From my perspective, one of the most considerable reason is that the age of drivers. The following essay attempts to outline my ideas why stricter limitation of age should be applied in order to ameliorate this problem. On the one hand, safe driving is compulsory for both drivers and citizens which is required drivers with essential experiences and skills. In particular , if the drivers are under the age of 18, they can not have sufficient knowledge and techniques in order to face serious situations when driving. Moreover, young drivers often tend to be excited when they are driving, therefore, they can not put a curb on the speed that is more easily to take risks. In addition, young drivers usually are daring after drinking alcohol that makes them lose the control of cars or motorbikes due to their insufficient experiences, thus, drinking will not only damage to the driver's life but also harmfully cause on innocent lives. Therefore, governments should establish age limitations as well as necessary school lessons for drivers to enhance their knowledge about how to drive
