Alexander did not focus only in the money he’s dad gave him but he was interested in all the teachings as he said “I am indebted to my father for living, but to my teacher for living well.” Alexander was one of the greatest military leaders that existed. He inherited an army who fought with only one purpose as he said “remember upon the conductor each depends on the fate of all”. He was great discussing and convincing other people what he wanted them to know and to do. Alexander biggest wish was to become the greatest warrior the world has ever seen. Beowulf shows that these men were so attached to those treasures and weapons that they buried them along with their dead to show their eternal loyalty.

The idea of the Crusade was a very good marketing strategy by Pope Urban II. It was told that any Crusader would be rewarded a place in heaven, and forgiven their sins.

In this piece of text we see into Telemachus’s mind and hear him wishing for his father's return, so that he can rid his home of all of the Suitors trying to take his wife's hand in marriage.

The ceremony would include big feasts and big discussions with the King and the lords this was so they could get to know the kings and lords better. During the knighting ceremony the knights swear there allegiance to God and gods lords in return for this we received presents such as swords, spurs, armor and a cloak. At the end of the ceremony the knight would tap his shoulder with the flat side of a sword and he would officially become a knight. Becoming a knight was a great achievement because it was a very serious path of being a boy. When l become a knight l felt very honoured to be a knight because it has been a long journey to get this far there has been a lot of sweat, blood and the occasional tear but that is what l had to do if l wanted to be a well respected, rich knight and not a low pad hard working

Jones grew so fast he soon found himself in a Country in South America called Guyana.
Wealth was a symbol for power, so by having lots of money and wealth the monarch gained power. The monarch could obtain what they wanted by building an army. All of the soldiers were loyal to the king, and the king only giving him all the power of his army. The soldiers all got uniforms and rankings which made the army go from 100 000 men to 400 000. Majority of the citizens were religious, so when their king claimed to be sent down by god; he gained even more power and authority.
