Exercise science is the scientific study of human movement performed to maintain or improve physical fitness by executing physical activity according to the respective routine. Exercise science includes such aspects as biomechanics, sport nutrition, cardiovascular fitness, resistance training, exercise psychology, motor behaviour and fitness for special population groups. Physical activity is any body movement that works our muscles and requires more energy than resting. Walking, running, dancing, swimming, yoga, and gardening are a few examples of physical activity. Physical activity is good for many parts of our body. Sport competition is a contest held to determine the best athletes and teams and greatest achievements in sports, to improve athletic skills, and to popularize physical culture and sports. Sports competitions provide an opportunity to evaluate objectively the sports organizations, coaches, athletes, and officials. Depending on the purposes and circumstances of the events, sports competitions may involve individual competition, team competition, or a combination of the two. Official competitions for the title of champion, a cup, or other prize are distinguished from qualifying competitions, which determine the eligibility of participants for the main event, and exhibition matches, including traditional competitions. A sport competition may be conducted as a round robin, that is, a contest in which all participants compete against one another once or several times and the points won by each entrant are totaled. Pulmonary system functions to move air into and out of the lungs and regulation of acid-base balance. The primary component is lung and this system is the important factor during exercise due to ability to exhale carbon dioxide and regulate blood pH levels. Urinary system functions as the elimination of waste products and regulation of fluid volume, electrolyte composition, and pH. Kidney is the primary component.
