This is can be done in many ways for example when Tesco’s workers are communicating with customers, managers. Tesco uses verbal communication to the best of their ability so they can resolve any problem or enquires by staff or customers. Most of these are done face to face so the problem is solved fast and effectively as it will be easier of their staff to visualize the customer facial expression to see how they are reacting to the situation. Face to face communication is the best way of communication because Tesco uses this method of communication everyday as there is less scope for miss-understanding in it. Tesco also uses face to face communication to communicate information with their customer which they will obtain instant reply.
However the disadvantage of this method of communication is that people don’t always get the time to meet and discuss things face to face. And also it would cost a lot of money for people from different place of work to meet and have face to face communication.

Finally, the last technique Tesco uses is club cards.

Problem: A big problem that I have with my communication skills is misunderstanding certain conversations or text messages. For example, when my boyfriend and I are talking, I tend to talk much more than he does, which in return gives me mix signals and I think something is wrong. This happens with my family too, we will be having a conversation and I might say something really long and then they reply with “okay” or “yeah”. I then over analyze the situation and all together misunderstand what is being said to me.
