Who is Nero and why is he a villain?

What people come to mind when you think of villains? The joker? Maleficent? If you're an anime fan maybe you think of Muzan? These people are only second to the number one most evil person in history. Nero. He has done many things that most serial killers could only dream of. Nero is an emperor who has done many things for self pleasure and is a villain because of his childhood, large supply of murders, and the great fire of rome.
Nero’s childhood
Nero’s life as a child has shaped the way he would act later in life. Our main character’s life was made on December 15 AD 37. His full name was Lucious Domiticous Anenobarbrus (bronze beard) Nero’s family had been evil for rein. The family had a reputation for cruelty, arrogance, and extravagance. Nero’s dad died when he was three, and his mother went into exile for plotting against one of the emperors. Nero was 11 when his mother got married to claudius. Within a year, Aggripina convinced Claudius to adopt nero.
