The Revolutionary War was truly revolutionary. It created a change that changed how lived in the modern day. The Revolutionary War created change in jobs, wealth, government, and a change in freedom nationally and personally. The change in jobs occurred for many blacks and poor people, white and black. As it states in document #6, a young black free boy worked extremely hard and persisted to get a job, but no one would work with him due to his ethnicity.
Have yall ever wondered what the road to the Revolution was? The revolution was the product of the 40 years of abuse by the British authorities that many colonies regarded as a threat to their liberty and property but people do not act simply in response to objective reality but according to the meaning that they give to events. The revolution resulted from the way colonists intepreted events. The American patriots were alarmed by what they saw as a conspiracy against their liberty. They feared that the corruption and the abuse of power by the British goverment would take there own society and futher,they were tuble by the knowledge that they had no say over a goverment three thousand miles away.
The American Revolution began due to the corruption of the British government. The British had a monarchy in which the ruler’s descendants were given power after the ruler’s death. Thomas Paine explains that the British monarchy is not an effective form of government (Document 5). He states that man started out as all equal and that the present distribution of powers is unnatural. Paine calls hereditary succession an abominable practice.

Theis are some of the reasons for the american revolution. Violation of rights was the one of the causes of the american revolution.
Many disagreements between Britain and the colonies lead to the start of the American Revolution. Competition between the French and the British causes the French and Indian War to start. This causes Britain much debt. Colonists refuse to pay the debt for Britain, so Parliament taxes them. This all lead to the start of the American Revolution.
After the French and Indian War, Great Britain went into serious debt. Great Britain’s debt caused them to tighten their control over colonial America. One way that Great Britain tightened their control over the colonies was by enacting many taxes. The colonists met these acts with much resistance, and protests.
