Many people have different thought of who or what is to blame for Romeo and Juliet’s deaths. While some people may think friar Laurence is to blame because he was the first to encourage their love for each other, Romeo and Juliet’s deaths were caused by their families and character flaws. Romeo and Juliet’s families were rivals to begin with and hated each other making their love for each other forbidden. The character flaw in Romeo is that believes in fate too much. Then there is Juliet’s inexperience on love, which may have made her fall in love too easily. Romeo and Juliet’s deaths were caused by their families. This is because the Montagues and Capulets were known rivals in Verona.
