Change is Inevitable
Organizations and change are not complementary concepts. To organize is to systematize, to make behavior predictable.
All organizations are based on systems of internal and external expectations….. As time goes on, however, these routine patterns move the organization towards decay and stagnation.
According to Bob Quinn,” When internal and external alignments lost, the organization faces a choice; either ADAPT or take the road to slow death.
Usually the organization can be renewed, energized, or made effective only if some leader is willing to take some big risks by stepping outside the well-defined boundaries.

The faculty are the most important change agent who bears the accountability towards the students, parent, organization and above all towards the nation. If the faculty have not played their part well then ultimately the nation has to …show more content…

Andrew Hacker and Claudia Dreifus writes Are College Worth the Price of Admission? on how some universities should improve their approach to their students, faculty, and the school’s structure. They discussed how schools should be engaging their students. They mention several things that affects the faculty like sabbaticals, tenure, and adjuncts. They also made some statements regarding the school’s view on education.
My attitude to team members and students is marked by respect and courtesy, and I am prepared to exchange viewpoint and ideas with all. Moreover, I enjoy sharing resources and gladly
Why College Isn’t Worth It Attending college is something that many High School students look forward to as a buffer or a way to make the transition into adulthood easier, but a rising question has people considering: Is going to college really worth it? While some describe college as their best years, it leaves most attendees in debt and with a degree they may never use. Between tuition fees, traveling, housing, food, and textbooks, all college students are bound to owe at least a few thousand.
“This is the value of the teacher, who looks at a face and says there's something behind that and I want to reach that person, I want to influence that person, I want to encourage that person, I want to enrich, I want to call out that person who is behind that face, behind that color, behind that language, behind that tradition, behind that culture. I believe you can do it. I know what was done for me” (Maya Angelou). A teacher guides the long run of the society. someone in his or her whole life learns plenty from academics, therefore it's important for academics to line an honest example for the society.

Four key good working practices that help protect the child and the adult working with them are; working in an open and transparent way, listening to children and young people, propriety and behaviour, and power and positions of trust. Working in an open and transparent way is important as it means that a practitioner is not left totally alone and out of view with a child. The layout and set-up of a room or building can contribute to this. It is important to talk about different ways of working to ensure all staff are working in the most appropriate way.
College has had an increase in the amount of attention received over the course of a few decades as the debate on whether or not to go to college has waged on. Amongst the tidal wave of college advocates is Anthony Carnevale; he argues that people should go to college as it provides a substantially higher chance of being able to sustain themselves with higher income over the course of their lives. (par. 3) There is strong opposition to the societal preaching by Stephanie Owen and Isabelle Sawhill who claim that a college education only provides a higher income in certain fields of study.
The results of these question had conducted the overall finding of the research and it was the three main factors that are listed above. These factors helped the all the students in the experiment to become outstanding first-generation kids in their classes. The next study establishes how the first-generation college student’s experience is with less parental support than their peers. The researchers have made a hypothesis that these differences are found in areas relevant to college specifically rather than parental support overall, which can provide a distinction between type of support and differences and similarities in perception by first-generation status (Barry et al., 2014).
All these are explanation that the university is likely to make me accomplish my desired learning outcomes. Mission statement is just but like a glue that hold learners and teachers together and show them direction and how to reach at their destination. University adhere to its mission statement stalwartly and I am very certain that the mission is fully integrated in the mind of every student. important to note that every learner and instructor needs to align the learning with desired learning outcome. The university supports the acquisition of experience rather than transmittal of the already acquired experience to new learners who do not have any experience (Dewey, 1998).

I will look to my sympathy for others as an establishment for ethical choice. I will adhere to the laws that administer the operations of the institution under my leadership. I will put the educational needs of students as my first need. I will measure discretionary activities taking into account: Integrity, reasonableness and value, magnificence, mankind, and long haul
Rationale From observation majority of the students are faced with social, personal and academic challenges. They are at the stage Identity
My experience in Change Management is very limited. The theoretical knowledge I have acquired during the first four weeks of this module has made me realize that transforming organizations is a difficult and complex task. I have read case studies mentioning the unique contribution of change leaders whose role is to talk to people’s hearts and minds. I have also understood how important is to reconcile conflicting interests and emergent tensions between top-down transformation initiatives and functional operations. Despite the widespread belief that managing change is tough, there is little agreement regarding the factors which influence change the most.
Family is people that are the closest to these students, they should be more understanding, open and patient to listen to their children’s worries and problems about universities’ lives (“Coping with bad grades”, n.d.). Friends are another group of people that these students can talk to. Sometimes these students do not possess any help-seeking behaviors so parents and friends have to be observant and approach them first. They might be reluctant at first but if they feel that they can believe in the people they are talking to, they will express their feelings and worries about universities lives. After the talk, parents should understand the reasons why these students are having hard times at universities and feeling stress.
