Describe Your Life Experience Analysis

I have been thinking about the question you asked... "Describe an event or experience in your life and how it will influence your academic work and goals at Colorado Christian University?"... for a week now. I couldn 't think of any particular event in my life except for last year when I was recovering from a dislocated ankle. It was really hard for me to stay positive during that time because I went from a very active lifestyle to being stuck in a bed. When I went into the E.R. they were concerned that I had a compound fracture in my ankle due to the fact that I had a deep cut. The longer I was sitting in my bed the more I thought about my life and where I was and how unaccomplished I felt. That 's when I came to the conclusion that I wanted to go back to school and get my degree. I realized that I had the self motivation and determination that it takes to finish what I had started. After spending much time researching different Colleges and Universities online programs and requesting information I received your email. After that first contact and our back and forth communictions some progress was made. Unfortunatly at the same time due to the fact that I was dealing with my physical therapy I wasn 't able to make the deadlines for enrollment. I was also job hunting again, taking care of my Mother after she broke her foot and my Grandfather passing away my further education was put on hold. Then I received the email regarding the scholarship give away which I decided to take advantage of.
