Substance abuse, or drug abuse as known to many people, is something very predominant nowadays. Drug addiction is a major problem that affects thousands of people's life in many ways. Drug addiction has dozens of harmful effects and serious complications. Effects are split into social relations and individual's health or psychological issues. Mostly, drug victims are people with a very low self esteem and don't have strong shrewdness to refuse trying new stuff or risky trials of any cool stuff, so they are more liable to be influenced and convinced to these sort of situations. One of the most leading solutions is effectively dealing with peer pressure. Initially, people should know what is drug addiction. Drug addiction is a brain ailment. The seduced person becomes tributary on drugs and uses it, regardless of knowing its harmful effects on health. . The main cause of drug addiction is peer pressure that means our relationships could cause us getting used to a certain habit to maintain these relationships. Teenage years are the most dangerous time that situation may exist. Teenager wants to be insolent or join a group, so they try drugs as showing off. The most victimized people are addictive personalities. Kids become lonely, curious and they try drugs to relax and to be pleased or just seeking to try new things or just having a risky personality. The pressure of busy life and working over and over helm people becoming stressed so, they might search for a break in trying drugs or a certain medication. Inquisitiveness, mental search, willingness to be pleased, social isolation or segregation, psychical gap, lack of self dependence are some of the purposes why these youth becomes a drug consumer. By increasing the background knowledge for people about drugs could minimize its risk among youths, teenagers and even adults. Such campaigns deliver important messages which will illustrate the illness effects that could be caused by these substances. Drug abuse causes numerous problems in the society and in addict's life. The medical and psychological effects as hallucinations, confusion and wild mood swings becomes visual to addicts. Initially, drugs make its victims feel pleased and on cloud nine and relaxed as well, but if the addict consumes too much or, at certain times not enough, it increases apprehension and may lead depression.
