Dilemma refers to a situation in which a difficult choice has to he made between two or more alternatives, especially equally undesirable ones. There are different types of dilemma in safety. This includes * Resource implications * Risk to self or others * Rights of service-users and safety consequence * Differing priorities between stakeholders Health and social care workers as well as care takers can fall into different dilemma related to health and social care decision.
