Juliet could have woken up and see no one and could have been scare to death. She could have for got everything about the planed. More people were sad at the end because there child/future leader died. ¨ Take thou this vial, being then in bed, And this distillèd liquor drink thou off, When presently through all thy veins shall run A cold and drowsy humor, for no pulse Shall keep his native progress, but surcease. No warmth, no breath shall testify thou livest. The roses in thy lips and cheeks shall fade To paly ashes, thy eyes' windows fall Like death when he shuts up the day of life. Each part, deprived of supple government, Shall, stiff and stark and cold, appear like death¨ act 4 scene 1 lines
Some might argue that Friar Lawrence should take the blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet, but he was only doing what they asked of him. The Friar was only trying to help people for the better. In Act 2, Scene 3, the Friar agrees to marrying Romeo and Juliet in hopes of ending the feud. He thinks that these two might have a chance at bringing the two families together and to stop the chaos. He was concerned on marrying them, but dreamed of what could happen in the end.
Friar Lawrence is the most to blame for the events that occur in Romeo and Juliet because he let them marry without their parents permission. Juliet and Romeo’s marriage was a secret to everyone around except for Friar who married them. Keeping this from their families was causing tragedies to occur because keeping a secret that big was bound to be found out. In act 2 scene 3 Romeo tells Friar that he was him to marry himself and Juliet. Friar knows that her family name is Romeo’s enemy but he marries them anyway at the end of Act 2.
Friar Lawrence was trying to be helpful. The first reason that Friar Lawrence was to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet was because he was the one that married them in the first place. When Romeo approached Friar Lawrence seeing if Friar could marry Romeo and Juliet (Shakespeare 846), Friar thought that it would end the family feud between the Montagues and the Capulets. He didn’t take the time to think about what the horrible consequences could’ve been. He was being selfish in this situation due to the fact that he just wanted people to be happy with each other, making the area more happy.
William Shakespeare once said, “These violent delights have violent ends. And in their triump die, like fire and powder. Which, as they kiss, consume”, to describe his play “Romeo and Juliet”. Romeo and Juliet is the story of a girl and boy who fall in love after one night at a party and they decide to marry each other. Their parents are complete rivals so it made it impossible for them to be together with support from their families.

Friar Laurence and Nurse should be the most to blame for Romeo and Juliet's death. Friar Laurence made a great plan, and had everything already worked out. Friar Laurence made one flaw.
In the play The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, Friar Lawrence is mostly to blame for the tragic outcome of this play. Shakespeare uses this character to push the plot forward and develop themes like, forbidden love is impossible to overcome and going into things without thinking will have major repercussions. In this play written by William Shakespeare he uses the priest, Friar Lawrence as the main cause of the tragedy in the story. This can be proven with many of the actions done by the priest throughout the story.
The tragedy of Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy that never had to happen. It was not fate as Romeo and Juliet think throughout the story. Destiny did not have to end in death. A person rather than the stars is responsible. Friar Lawrence is ultimately responsible for the whole situation.

Friar Lawrence was the one to blame throughout the entire story. Although Friar Lawrence was just trying to help throughout the whole story, he was just causing problems that led to Romeo and Juliets death. The one problem was just miscommunication between Friar Lawrence, Friar John, and Romeo. “Who bar my letter, then, to Romeo?”(S.S, pg. 470).
He was the one who married the two, hoping that the marriage would cause an end to the feuding. Romeo and Juliet getting married was banned and wouldn't be able to take place without Friar Lawrence. Friar Lawrence stupidly chose to marry Romeo and Juliet even though he knew that it would cause issues in the future. The Friar says in the beginning of the story "this alliance may so happy prove To turn your households' rancor to pure love." (II iv 91-92) This shows that the Friar has doubts and only has a small bit of hope that Romeo and Juliet's marriage will actually be successful.
Love. Catastrophe. Death. In this play, two teenagers fall in love in the matter of hours. Their love is forbidden because of a rancor between their families.
From my first thoughts, Friar Laurence is looked upon as a respectable, and trustworthy man. We, as the readers, know that he does not have these qualities. In William Shakespeare's The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet, Friar Laurence is to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. Friar Laurence is to blame because he pushed Romeo and Juliet to get married, he was unable to get the letter to Romeo on time, and he gave Juliet a potion that put her to sleep for 42 hours. Doing that tricked everyone into thinking she was dead.
In Romeo and Juliet the tragic love story is due to Friar Lawrence's selfish nature of, being a pretend father, setting up their death, and changing Romeo and Juliets life for what he wanted. For all of Romeo’s life Friar has been the closest thing to say father figure of Romeo. When marrying Romeo and Juliet he set up their deaths, by an ultimatum. Lastly, he married them for the purpose that he wanted.
