The setting begins in a world made up called Froopy Land. A magical place that Rick built for his young daughter Beth to keep her out of harms way. Then one night Rick was sitting with Beth watching the stars, which Beth doesn’t know are fake.

Rick and his group was stuck in a train box at the place known to be called “Terminus”. But before Grimes and his second in command, Glenn, was going to be killed and eaten, Carol, a member from Grimes’ group, shot her AR-15 at a propane tank. Grimes led his group to safety before a gigantic horde of walkers (zombies) would eat them. Therefore, Grimes led his group out of Terminus to safety, while adapting to the situation. Grimes led the group through twists and turns where they never knew what was on the other side.
As a result of walking tiresomely for days, they were informed that they made it to Virginia. Rick stated, “If you keep going, you’ll meet my friend. She’s willing to guide you folks. Just keep being resolute.” Rick then shut the door, and left them to continue on.
If Rick won, he would have to move from the small dark town in Michigan to Lansing. It was a super windy day and Rick 's dark brown hair fluttered in the wind as he stumbled to his car in the total darkness. Rick was driving his car down the road to go to the debate when all of a sudden his tires popped, “aw man” he screamed. He was just about to get out of the car when a hand grabbed him and pulled him out of his car, “Ahhhhhh” he screamed as a hand clamped on his mouth and muffling any noise he was trying to make.

In the two stories “The lorax” and “Easter Island” there are lots of differences and similarities. Both stories have environmental issues dealing with trees and air quality. The environment in each story became a wasteland and was eventually polluted by trash. Once-ler in the lorax story and the Polynesians in the Easter island story tried to protect the environment but both failed to do so, all natural resources were lost and everything went downhill from there. First, in “The lorax” an environmental issue was the air quality.
