The sole motivation behind the Preamble is to present the Constitution. The span of the years 1765 to 1783 lays the foundation of the United States of America as a country. This time compass is known as the American Revolution where thirteen American states, i.e., Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia, Connecticut, Massachusetts Bay, Maryland, South Carolina, New Hampshire, Virginia, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, and Providence Plantations met up to topple the power of Great Britain.
