1.1 INTRODUCTION:
Solar energy has the greatest potential of all the sources of renewable energy. If only a small amount of this form of energy could be used, it will be one of the most important supplies of energy specially when other sources in the country have depleted energy comes to the earth from the sun. This energy keeps the temperature of the earth above than in colder space, causes current in the atmosphere and in ocean. It causes the water cycle and generates photosynthesis in plants. The solar power where sun hits atmosphere is 1017 W. The solar power on the surface of earth is 1016W. The total worldwide power demand of all needs of civilization is 1013W. Therefore, the sun gives us 1000 times more power than we need. If we can

Earlier however the use was restricted to utilization of Solar Energy for basic drying or heating purposes. It was soon realized that Solar Energy can be put to better use by utilization of sophisticated system for Water heating used at domestic level, or Industrial level, drying etc. The use of Solar Energy for electrical power generation dates back to Space age when Solar Photo Voltaic cells were used to power Satellites orbiting around the Earth. With passing time it was realized that Solar Photo Voltaic can be used as a Power source not just for satellites but as also the cleanest and greenest power source on Earth. Solar Energy thus started being used not just for conventional purposes such as heating but also power generation [2].
Solar Energy is one of the cleanest and greenest technologies. Although Solar Energy in India is led by Solar Thermal., it is expected that Solar PV in India will prove to be the single largest source of power in the times to come. It is thus no surprise that Solar Energy is and will continue to play a dominant role in the Indian Power Scenario due to various benefits it offers over other renewable

Numerous control methods such as adaptive control, neural control, and fuzzy control have been studied. Among them, the best known is the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller, which has been widely used in the industry because of its simple structure and robust performance in a wide range of operating conditions. Unfortunately, it has been quite difficult to tune properly the gains of PID controllers because many industrial plants are often burdened with problems such as high order, time delays, and nonlinearities. Over the years, several heuristic Methods have been proposed for the tuning of PID controllers. The first method used the classical tuning rules proposed by Ziegler and Nichols. In general, it is often hard to determine optimal or near optimal PID parameters with the Ziegler-Nichols formula in many industrial plants. For these reasons, it is highly desirable to increase the capabilities of PID controllers by adding new features. Many artificial intelligence (AI) techniques have been employed to improve the controller performances for a wide range of plants while retaining their basic characteristics. AI techniques such as neural network, fuzzy system, and neural-fuzzy logic have been widely applied to proper tuning of PID controller parameters Particle swarm optimization (PSO), first introduced by Kennedy and Eberhart, is one of the modern heuristic
The knowledge base consists of a collection of fuzzy if-then rules of the following form: $R^{l}$: if $x_1$ is $F_1^{l}$ and $x_2$ is $F_2^{l}$ and $ldots$ and $x_n$ is $F_n^{l}$, then is $G^{l},~l=1,2, cdots ,n$, where $x=[x_1,cdots,x_i]^{T}$ and $y$ are the FLS input and output, respectively. Fuzzy sets $F_i^{l}$ and $G^{l}$, associated with the fuzzy functions $mu_{{F_i}^{l}}(x_i)$ and $mu_{{G}^{l}}(y)$, respectively. $N$ is the rules inference number. \Through singleton function, center average defuzzification and product inference cite{shaocheng2000fuzzy}, the FLS can be expressed as: For any continuous function $f(x)$ defined on a compact set $Omegain R^n$, there exists a fuzzy system $y(x) = heta ^T
One of my best moments ever was going to Florida. There were so many things to do. We were in Naples, and I got to do some very fun things. I got to go to Sky Zone and it was my birthday, so I got to go to the mall and get a new pair of shoes. Another was that my sister and mother weren’t there to bug me.
Starfire, a sixty-member high-school choir, is often described by alumni and current members as a group where members make practically all of their best friends. As an introvert, I joined Starfire my freshman year, unsure if I would make friends like everyone else, or if my shyness would make Starfire just a weekly extracurricular, similar to Lightshine, the middle school equivalent. But after traveling with Starfire to the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, and Ireland, performing an original show the summer of my freshman year, I too became one of the members who had immensely strong friendships with the other members. I had some of the best experiences and realized that Starfire is an amazing group that I cannot take for granted.
Excuse us while we humbly brag about yet another impressive alum... Ray Corona (IAS '13), was recently appointed to the Seattle LGBT Commission! The Commission advises the City government on how to address issues faced by the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. Keep up the great social justice work, Corona!
Let’s see what we can make of this. We got there on the
You may think that solar energy isn’t enough but we can use it with other clean energy. It is a wise choice to use solar energy because solar energy is renewable and abundant, it is environmentally friendly, and it is also available around the world. Solar is the most abundant energy resource on Earth. In Taiwan, a three-story building with solar panels can produce three to four families’ electricity.
Scientists have found that renewable energy is a path towards the future for a clean and safe environment. Throughout all the studies and findings, there is a continuing fret whether people should be able to use a traditional way of energy or renewable energy, solar power. Solar energy is seen to be effective since there has progressively been more places that are benefiting from solar usage; however there are also some who disagree. Solar energy sources are derived from natural sources and is implicated throughout our daily lives. From the lights in the streets to the computers we use at home.
Introduction As we already know UV (aka sunlight and artificial UV lighting) can cause forms of skin cancers. It seems to be common sense now days but we really don’t know how or why specifically and we also don’t really know what preventative measures actually work. As we grow up every day we expose ourselves to sunlight but unless we are going out to the beach or pool, we don’t take preventative measures to keep our skin safe from radiation and some are even attempting to do the complete opposite for beautification.
wind energy and solar energy are both renewable types of energy they create no pollution and are fully sustainable as they are both powered by natural sources and if there is no wind one day the solar panels can generate energy and if it 's cloudy another day the windmills can generate energy also the energy created during the summer can be sold to the grid for extra capital that can be used for field trips, renovations, etc. Geothermal heating systems are rated the most efficient and eco-friendly heating systems. The system works using buried coils that contain a liquid, typically a mix of water and antifreeze. The liquid is warmed to the same temperature as the earth and then runs through to the home where a compressor extracts the heat but not only that geothermal heating requires no fossil fuels so it is very eco-friendly LED lighting is an efficient and eco friendly lighting alternative because they waste much less energy in converting to light compare to incandescent lights which waste 90% of the energy to convert to heat not only that LED lights last up to 15-25 times longer that traditional light bulbs this makes LED a much better source of lights than others because it wastes less energy and it is more efficient at doing its job this is so much better for the environment because it uses less energy that other lighting sources
