1. Search the roots of the word “paideia” and history of the document.
In the ancient Greece the word “Paideia” refer to the perfection of the citizen and more exclusively to “(Greek: παιδεία) referred to the rearing and education of the ideal member of the polis. It incorporated both practical, subject-based schooling and a focus upon the socialization of individuals within the aristocratic order of the polis. The practical aspects of this education included subjects subsumed under the modern designation of the liberal arts (rhetoric, grammar and philosophy are examples), as well as scientific disciplines like arithmetic and medicine. The twelve years of the basic schooling system provide the foundations of any individual. The structure of the Paideia Curriculum stipulates: the first column engages the students in the acquisition of information and organization knowledge about nature, man, and human society; and the learning characteristic is true using textbooks and manuals, is didactic. The second column Engages students in developing habits of performance, which is all that in involve in the development of an art or skill. In the third Column, Here students are engaged in a process of enlightenment, the process whereby they develop theirs understanding of the basic and controlling ideas in all fields of subjects matter and come to appreciate all the human values embodied in works of art.

A few years ago changed to four year programs. Is believe, that the theoretical subjects as Ethics, Environment Issues, Reading and Writing Communication Skills are part of the Curricula but not important as the mayors. Each career involves about three or four courses in ethics as part of their curriculum, but career coordinators, teachers, and students do not pay the proper attention to the basic necessities to improve how thing are carried, causing the students to struggle and become aware of what is needed to change in the
