A few years ago changed to four year programs. Is believe, that the theoretical subjects as Ethics, Environment Issues, Reading and Writing Communication Skills are part of the Curricula but not important as the mayors. Each career involves about three or four courses in ethics as part of their curriculum, but career coordinators, teachers, and students do not pay the proper attention to the basic necessities to improve how thing are carried, causing the students to struggle and become aware of what is needed to change in the
John, Thank you for visiting the School District of New Berlin. It was an honor to meet you and share with you and Superintendent Evers, the great work the teachers and administrators are doing here in New Berlin. The New Berlin Board of Education and WASB have not always seen eye to eye on every issue, therefore, I truly appreciate WASB 's support of our resolution on College and Career Readiness. Ms. Schmidt and Superintendent Garza included in their presentations, how difficult the shift in philosophy was, however, “Nothing in the world is worth having or worth doing unless it means effort, pain, difficulty" - Theodore Roosevelt. Success came to the SDNB due to long hours and tireless dedication to our students, parents and our community.
When I attended Palmetto Boys State in June of 2017, there was one thing that I was told repeatedly since the first day: “You get out what you put in.” Before I attended, I roughly knew that Boys State was a government simulation program, and I was interested yet still unsure about the program. While it is a government simulation program, Boys State at its core teaches more than government and law. When I decided to follow the advice I was given and put in as much as I could, the week turned out to be one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Santee City, the city I had been placed in, did not have a great start to the week.
The Other Education written by David Brooks identifies how society lacks the studies of non-scholastic curriculum. Yet, he defines curriculum as a broad term in this article. When thinking about scholastic aspects people ponder the thought of school subjects, however Brooks wishes that society would look past the direct studies. Brooks himself writes, “…Such and such classes, such and such grades, and amassed such and such degrees.”

In 5 years, if I do begin working as manager in sport, the two elements of what I learned in this course that would affect my perspective as a manager would be giving women equal opportunity and having ethics around my work environment. My perspective changed by seeing how women aren’t given the same opportunity or same compensation as men. Learning so much from this course I found out that women must go through a lot obstacles to accomplish their goal on receiving the positon they worked so hard for. And this changed my perspective because I should give women the opportunity to become leaders and give them the same equal payment without throwing any challenge in their face or help them avoid the challenges that get in their way. As for having ethics around my work environment, I see how this changed my perspective a lot since I am someone with morals and should be a role model towards my employees as well as a great leader.

In Reggio Emilia approach, there are many strengths as it supports children that a child’s image is viewed as having rights and not just needs and child has been viewed as beautiful, competent, powerful, curious, creative as well as full of ambitious desires and potentials. In addition, it supports children’s individual differences and needs, documentation that Reggio teachers collect about their students and a mix of long- and short term projects which provide students with a deeper understanding of the subject matter. While the strength in Montessori curriculum is children are 5 prepared for the real world, where they work side by side with people of all ages, they develop self-discipline, independence and analytical thinking, all materials in a Montessori classroom have a proper place, and it is the responsibility of each student to properly store their materials when they are done to maintain order, independence is greatly emphasized and focuses on individual intelligences. The weakness point in Montessori and Reggio Emilia Curriculum: There are some weakness point in Reggio Emilia approach such as this approach puts a lot of emphasis on the importance of large space as is considered educational, Reggio Emilia schools are found in wealthy countries and are attended by children from wealthy families while the poor cannot opt for the Reggio Emilia approach, public schools get limited funding while private schools mostly focus on results and not process and also the

Teaching methods differ in terms of approach which as observed relate more to procedures which influence inner coherence, produce specific educational effects. The traditional approach embodies two, namely: (a) the didactic method, also called the directive or autocratic style, which is based on logo-centrism and an instructor-centred approach. Its focus is the teacher, who explains the logical and practical aspects of the issue or topic; secondly, (b) the dialectic method. In this approach, students are involved in the learning process and are expected to ask questions; thirdly, (c) The heuristic or research method. This method makes students the protagonists of their learning process, since they must find, guided by the instructor, and through research and experimentation, the solutions to the problems.
Alfred Adler was born in Vienna on February 7, 1870. He studied Medicine at the University of Vienna and he graduated in 1895. In 1898, he began to practice as an ophthalmologist, although he soon replaced this specialty with general medicine, then with neurology, and finally, he opted for psychiatry (in fact, he is considered the first child psychiatrist). At first, he was attending the Psychological Society on Wednesday at Sigmund Froid 's house, but soon he turned away from the ideas of the famous psychologist (Adler didn 't think that mental problems always had their origin in sexual trauma, as Freud did). He founded Individual psychology and wrote books about it and about his theory of personality (topics that I am going to talk about
The success of this program can be attributed to one of its main principles where there is a strong parent-teacher-community cooperation, as Gandini said (2003), “Education has to focus on each child, not considered in isolation, but seen in relation with the family, with the other children, with the teachers, with the environment of the school, with the community, and with the wider society” (Values and Principles of the Reggio Emilia Approach section, para.
