The more challenges someone gets past helps them get closer to their goals in life. The results we can gain from perseverance can be essential in the future. Sometimes giving up seems like the best thing to do but if an individual can fight through the difficult times to get to the finish line, they will become even stronger of a person then they started. When someone continuously is facing more and more difficult challenges it can seem unnecessary, but it 's not. When one reaches their goal and looks back at what it took to get there it 'll be worth it.
It can be hard to accept the past, but it cannot be changed. Sadly I can’t go back and manipulate things to the way I wished them to happen, but what I can do change the future. Although, I know that I will make more mistakes and have some bad days, as long as, I let those things go, I know I will be the best I can be so I can help the team to the best of my ability. I try not to regret the things that have happened to me in my life, whether it is making a bad choice, saying the wrong thing, not doing something I should have done, or something that happened to me. These things have given me the knowledge I have today.
Success is about setting goals and achieving them. One dictionary defines success as “the satisfactory accomplishment of a goal sought for.” To be successful, you must achieve the goal and be satisfied with the outcome. You must find your own “element,” your passion – the right field of study, the right occupation, sport or activity that matches your inner strengths and capabilities. Success has elements attached to it from hard work, determination and perseverance. It goes beyond the desire to be successful and reaches in to taking action to make a difference.
Most likely, people make decisions through identifying and comparing circumstances in order to determine which one produces the most favorable resolution. However, reality tells otherwise. In practice, people use "mental shortcuts" as they make decisions in order to expedite the process of decision making based on common or previous experience and common sense (Vasilescu, 2011). This should not be. Although the use of common sense and previous experience may have positive effects, a person or organization faced with the problem must create a mental matrix as to what should be done in order to fully resolve the issue at hand.
No matter what your mind tells you, stick to the schedule, because you created it for a reason. Think of building momentum like you would build your CV to attain a dream job. To get the job you want, you have to develop the skills required to do that job. That motivates you every morning, and every day, and believing that you will achieve this goal provides you with confidence to carry through. That’s momentum.
It is believed that if we have what is seen to be perfect lives, we would be deemed acceptable by society. Unfortunately this is not easy to achieve, because it takes hard work and motivation. Instead of working hard for their goals, most people attempt to find a simple way out. Doing this will not successfully allow a being to achieve their goals, if anything, it would bring them further away from what they want to achieve. If we learn to have ambition, our goals will be more achievable.
Both success and failure are essential to achieving your goals. Success builds confidence and reinforces your belief that you can perform well and meet the challenges of competition. There are problems with too much success too early. Success can breed complacency because, if you succeed all of the time, there is little motivation to improve. Sooner or later as you move up in competition, you will come up against someone who is just as good as or better than you, and since you have not been motivated to improve, you will not be as successful.

Negatively charged thoughts will attract negative emotions, and expectations. Reactive thoughts dwell on the past, and are very unlikely to breed thoughts that can help you in the future. Proactively positive thoughts bring positive emotions, confidence, energy, and creative ideas for accomplishing your financial
The final concept most useful to me is the concept of adaptive leadership. As previously mentioned, perhaps one of the issues that is keeping me from being the best I can be is due to my struggles of adapting. As previous habits have become engrained in my personality, this has become my “comfort zone.” To tie in all the concepts, I believe that a better understanding of my
