The Nobel Prize is a set of yearly international awards granted by Swedish and Norwegian committees in recognition of academic cultural or scientific advances. There are 6 different categories: The Nobel Prize in Physics, The Nobel Prize in Chemistry, The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, The Nobel Prize in Literature, the Nobel Peace Prize, and The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel.
