Usually, people treat each other based on their social status which including financial status, work, education, and assets etc. People in superior status consider themselves having high self-esteem, at the same time; they consider others in lower position having less value. Due to this wrong attitude, they become abusive and arrogant toward others. However, Dr. Christensen implied those who are trying to press other down as a symptom of lack of self-esteem.
