Malcolm Gladwell's book “Outliers” is one of the most influential success guide book in the world. Outliers is divided into nine chapters and each chapter contains different stories of success and different guides to success. One of the most well-known chapters of Outliers is chapter two; “The 10,000-Hour Rule”. The 10,000-hour rule talks about how 10,000 hours is the estimated amount of time an individual requires to spend to become an expert in any field. In conclusion Linus Pauling did not have the best childhood in the world. But, he did not let these unfortunate events cripple him.
