In regards to the Brent Small case, I personally believe that Mr. Smalls shouldn't be found guilty due to the lack of evidence. Although there was a witness who saw what happened, the evidence isn’t consistent with the case. The vehicle did match the description but the witness was unsure of the license plate and the damage to the vehicle isn’t significant to the crime committed. I don't believe that the evidence is strong enough to convict Mr. Smalls.
Discuss the organization’s mission and how well the organization accomplishes that mission. Are there examples of “mission creep" in this case study?
The divinity of life through spirit rather than material, and in nature rather than in society, was tested and actively advocated by Henry David Thoreau, Walt Whitman, and Ralph Waldo Emerson. The transcendentalist movement spoke of individualism and a plain lifestyle. As society develops, these simplistic ideals become an “unrealistic” way of life due to the dependence we must have on things other than our own self. However, the film Into the Wild denies this idea as it traces a man’s life and independent survival in the wilderness. Into the Wild illustrates the values of transcendentalism by portraying a man’s spiritual journey through the experiences of nature, self-reliance, and rejection of the material world.
Fighting over a color of a house seem a little silly. But that is the conflict Sandra Cisneros is facing due to her purple house in San Antonio. The author lives in the King William historical district. Before making any changes to their houses residents must get approval by Historic and Design Review Commission. The problem is that HDRC did not approve of her color choice. Since then Cisneros has refused to change her house. I completely agree with HDRC. Sandra Cisneros should follow the guidelines and change the her house into a historically correct color.
When the man arrives at home from the hospital, he begins to remember that “this is his house” (Cherry 15). In the poem, “Alzheimer’s,” Kelly Cherry expresses the confusions and difficulties a man with dementia struggles with in life. The poem explores the chaos of the man who comes home from the hospital and his conflicts with his memory loss. The speaker is close to the man and is frustrated with him at the beginning of the poem, but the speaker’s feeling toward the man eventually shifts to sadness. Caring for a person with Alzheimer’s disease can be painful and heartbreaking, though people need to understand that familiar circumstances and with family support can help the patients whose mind is gradually changing. Cherry poetically expresses
The biggest question remaining after the reading of the book is what is Fitzgerald saying about American society? Is Fitzgerald insulting American society? Fitzgerald’s main ideas of American society in The Great Gatsby are about social class and status. The majority of his comments towards these subjects relates to the cars, houses, and money that people have.

In response to the question about type of homicide discussed in the case study provided for review, it can be termed as a kind of murder where Mr. Simon Gittany has been charged or found responsible for the murder of his engaged and to- be wife, Lisa Cecilia Harnum. This can also be termed as a second order or second degree homicide/ murder as Mr. Simon Gittany was accused to plan Harnum’s death and he did not let anybody know about it. In short, Gittany was found guilty or responsible for a criminal event that took place at the home where both lived in 2011, Sydney (NSW, 2015).

I came to my decision of charging Chris Archer guilty of criminal hazing and not guilty on the count of first-degree murder. During the case the Attorneys definitely keep me assured of my decision. A reason I decided to charge Archer with hazing was because he was the head of a Fraternity and most of the witnesses agreed that there was hazing involved. A reason why I did not charge Mr. Archer with first-degree murder was because no sober person was there to witness the death of Milan.
In this passage from Why We Can’t Wait, Martin Luther King Jr. argues that equality for black must come immediately, not in 15 years, but right now and blacks need to stand up and fight for it. His tone on this subject is passionate and righteous. Rather than just stating facts, Martin Luther King Jr. makes the choice to make his argument based around the lives of a black girl and a black boy. He uses anecdote, appeals to logos, and repetition to make his point.
