Looking at this photo you can see it is an obvious recreation of the Last Supper by da Vinci. This series that David LaChapelle does is called Jesus is my Homeboy and he got this inspiration from someone he saw wearing a shirt that says Jesus is my homeboy. There are many differences from this photo and the original. The first I noticed is there are 13 people or disciples in this photo and in the original there are 12; there are also burgers and beer instead of bread and wine. I also noticed that Jesus is in the center with the halo lighting to bring the most attention to him. There are also 3 green lights at the top of the photo and ropes coming from only 2 of the lights.
