The Wings Union was formed by two representatives, who are independent local unions that prospect to provide assistance for its members.The cost of this union will be around $400,000. The Wings Union hopes to form our members contented, as part of our union. As a member, we consent to pledge for an improved environment for people to work and have preferable workplaces. In entering a new union, the Wings Union demanded to abolished unreasonable contract system, prohibition of employment of child labor in workshops, enhance workers’ privileges and workshops, and both genders will receive an equal pay for equal work hours. For example, most companies treated their workers as a slave, workers have long hours of work and receive a little wages. Our union will attempt to achieve each worker's equal amount of wages. Additionally, there are also no discrimination between the workers, all workers are treated equally and fairly. For example, the wings union, will accept any races and genders for workers. We will also provide a compatible work spaces. For example, the workers will receive a spacious and cleaner work spaces. Also, workers will have a maximum of 8 hours of work.
