This has leaded to individuals seeking out an option of nutritious pure diet, organic food. Organic food is the result of an agricultural process that has no alterations. This kind of nourishment is considered an important part of the Ecological Culture as it is naturally made without any manmade compounds. They decided to continue consuming habitual food as they thought it would have many risks on the ingestion of all kinds of synthetics. Some decades later, the DDT was worldwide criticized for its negative effects, it did not only kill insects but also birds, and other animals, and it caused damages on humans. In fact, it was verified that DDT was capable to provoke affections on men cells, development detention, infertility, and many organs’ illnesses. Although all these atrocious events, it took more than fifty years to have this poisson restricted around the world.
Nowadays, organic food is more than a fashion idea of eating; it is a respected theory. There are numerous organizations that defend the principles of agriculture free of synthetics, and in many countries this manner of sustenance is even assured by the law.
