And one of the most important which companies must consider about is how to give the higher level of Occupational Health and Safety Assessment (OSHA) which companies must have to ensure to create safely environment for all employees. Examples are making sure fire drills are conducted to better prepare employees for the cases of fire emergencies. And companies need to make sure to create a non smoking place for all the employees in the working place. Then companies provide to work together with various medical institution and blood donation drive to raise awareness on the important of living healthy. Because, in reality companies often become involved in CSR for different reasons, which more siding to get what they need only. Basically, corporate social responsibility is a fast growing concept in all its shades. It is not about very uncommon in practice and in literature. According to Carlisle and Faulkner (Carroll 2004) the discourses of CSR is constructed along such moral ends as philanthropy and altruism. Despite that the need for the organizations to conduct the concept of CSR morally is whether they pursue it for business reasons or they are just simply doing to have merit (Donaldson & Preston 19985). So it is really difficult to disentangle in the present of conceptualization because it is complex between the logics of intellectual (profit maximization) and emotional rationalism (love, caring, etc). So the implementation of CSR could cause difficulties for small businesses due to lack of resources and capital.
