When Franklin Delano Roosevelt was a kid he was homes chool until he was eight years old he was educated by private tutors. At the age of nie years old he attented his first school in Germany who would have knew that president that led the united states throught world war 2 will conquer the state he study in . Ounce FDR began school he became to actually make friends very quickly and talk to alot of people.When he was in school him and his tutor went on a cycling tour throughout germany. Eleanor roosevelt was FDR'S distant cousin . Eleanor and FDR met in a meeting in 1902 after Eleanor debutante ball . The couple began dating a year after a new year's party in the white house that was created by Eleanor uncle president Theodore Roosevelt . FDR and Eleanor’s had a little in common but there relationship was great.Eleanor and FDR married in the year of 1905 When Eleanor and FDR were married Eleanor taught in a immigrant school in New York City Both of them seem to have a loving marriage well that's what it looked to us but then the big bomb dropped in 1916 FDR started an affair with Lucy Mercer which was Eleanor's social security secretary.Eleanor had to find the proof of this affair and when she did they almost divorced but FDR mother efforts convinced them to stay together . Hold up there is still more to this Eleanor had a very very close relationship with Amelia Earhart and Lorena Hickok , the letter who she wrote romantic letters to.Eleanor and Hick would write letter back to each other and there is still way more to it eleanor had another affair with her bodyguard Earl Miller. FDR and Eleanor were both aware of their affairs and decided to give each other space.
At the age of 39 FDR suffered Polio a disease that made him become paralyzed . In the summer of 1929 he was sailing in a boat until he fell overboard and started feeling paralyzed.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt was the American president during the course of Hitler’s attempts to overtake Europe. Unfortunately he was only allowed to send over money, supplies, and ships as the law prohibited him from sending soldiers. Since Roosevelt was exceedingly, exceptionally, and extraordinarily loyal and honorable man who never swayed on what he thought was right he did everything he could to aid his friends in England. Having gone to Harvard and growing his interest in politics, Roosevelt was involved in school government eventually leading to a life in politics which included being state senator and then Assistant Secretary of the Navy. Regrettably in 1921 Roosevelt became sick with polio.
He worked there until his mother, Martha Bulloch Roosevelt, and wife, Alice Hathaway, died (coincidentally on the same day), leading him into quitting his job and becoming a cowboy do to depression. They both lost their lives on February 14, 1984. Theodore had his elder sister care for his first child, Alice, when he would go to work. A few years afterward, he married his childhood friend, Edith Carrow. He had five kids with her, Kermit, Quentin, Theodore Jr., Archibald and Ethel.
Many people know Theodore Roosevelt as the 26th president of the United States,but many people don’t know he was also a rancher. He loved to go hunting for Bison in the Badlands. He loved it so much he invested $14,000 in cattle and started a ranch south of neighboring towns of Little Missouri and Medora. Teddy wasn’t the typical cowboy he was 5-foot-8 and 135 pounds, he was anything but robust because of him shaving his beard and brushing his teeth. The other cowboys thought he was to clean and dressed too nice to be a cowboy.

Roosevelt’s mother on Valentine’s Day, 1884 and on the same day Alice gave birth to the couple first and only child. A few hours later Alice died of Kidney disease and Roosevelt named their daughter Alice in honor of her. Grieving, Theodore left Alice with his sister and went to the badlands of the Dakota Territory. After returning, he married a close friend from his youth named Edith Kermit Carow.
Theodore Roosevelt was involved in numerous foreign policies. One of Roosevelt’s significant foreign accomplishment after ascending to presidency in 1901 was the formation of the Panama Canal. When agreements for the Canal with Columbia was unsuccessful, Roosevelt was all for a transformation. For years, U.S naval leaders had wanted a passage between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans through Central America. Panama, free of Columbian control, accepted the idea of a canal zone, allowing the United States authority of the canal for $10 million and an regular deposit of $250,000.
It is hard to believe Theodore Roosevelt was never supposed to become the President due to all of his significant contributions to the office and to the United States. Roosevelt agreed to be the Vice President of McKinley knowing that, assuming the role would end his political career. However, following the assassination of William McKinley, Roosevelt was brought back into politics where he became the President. Roosevelt was different from other presidents in that he saw the office as a legislative leader, brought many reforms that benefit modern America today, and handled challenges in a quick manner.
