We all know the phrase "within 21 days a habit is formed," and most can say that is true. I really do not think about the habits we have, until they begin to affect our daily lives. Habits are what make today are our foundation and are very important for us (but often do not give them the necessary importance). When our habits are bad or do not bring us anything good, it is very easy that we are not happy with the life we lead.

2. Cleans, organizes and accommodates: Did you past that there is so much disaster in your home or desktop you do not know where to start cleaning? Having a clean house or a space clean and organized, it is important to feel good. Now, it is impossible to imagine that we can have everything clean and organized all the time. If you have children, you know that this is very complicated, or if you work in a place where there is a lot of paperwork. 3. Plans: Plan the day ahead you is what you need to feel relaxed every day. You can choose to have an agenda or a calendar, and target boards, important calls and to the time that you can exercise appointments. Make a list of outstanding also it helps you feel more organized and will soon become a habit that you would appreciate having acquired. Plan your day also will help you feel more time, and take advantage of free moments with more joy. You can choose to point on your agenda before bedtime. When you lie down you can target all appointments and you have free time, and when you wake up you will notice a huge peace of mind. This will help you generate a daily routine, and you will notice that changes your life. List down the things that you need and want to do, ranking them according to the importance to you. For example, when do you need to get these things done? If weekends are your only off days, and you need to do household chores and settle other personal stuff, and also to meet up with friends, you need to think about which is more important and prioritize doing those first.
Alice Malsenior was born in Eatonton Georgia on February 9, 1944 she being the eight and youngest child of Minnie Tallulah grant and Willie lee walker, her parent were sharecropper. When she about eight years old her and brother were playing with BB guns her brother accidently shot her in the eye, leaving her blind in her right eye. Considering that happening, she became a shy person and she felt like individuals really did not understand the person she was. In result to that, she fell in love with ready and writing, especially poetry. As she got older, she went on to Spellman College in Atlanta Georgia.
Born and raised in the South Bronx, Tiara Sykes has learned to be a determined, resilient individual by seeking out opportunities that will provide her the resources she needs to succeed. As an A Better Chance Scholar, Tiara was awarded the opportunity to attend Elisabeth Irwin High School (LREI), a progressive private school. Tiara is an active member in her community, participating in Student of Color Committee, Math Team, and an Admission Ambassador. While she enjoys learning more about science and math, Tiara also appreciates the thought provoking discussions in her humanities courses. Tiara was able to explore her curiosity during the MITES program.
