Good morning everyone! I am Clarisse Maniago, and I am here to talk about “Healthy lifestyle”. But first lets all stand up for an exercise, this exercise is advisable to do everyday. ( do warm ups, basic exercise )

Back to what I am talking about. Lets all know first what “health” is. Any idea??
Health – according to World Health Organization (WHO), health is the state of being complete physical, mental and social well being, and not merely freedom to disease or absences of any infirmity.

So meaning, even when you are physically fit but you are not mentally and socially well, you cant still call yourself a healthy person.
Next to health is wellness. On the other hand, wellness is an active process of being aware of and making choices towards a more successful existence.
These are some of the dimension of health and wellness. In order to be physically, mentally/intellectual and socially/intrapersonal well and healthy, we must processed some of these traits:

First is physically healthy. How can someone be physically fit? Well ofc, you must recognize the need for physical activity. Optimal wellness is met through the combination of good exercise and good eating habits. Us people, have the belief that it is better to consume foods and beverages that enhance good health rather than those which impair it. Also it is better to be physically fit than out of shape.
