How does a person manage time wisely? I always find myself struggling to make the best of my time. If I have nothing to do, I often sit and do nothing at all. Learning to manage my time wisely can help me improve my life by helping me spend time doing important things, making time to do fun things, and never wasting the time that I have.

An important aspect of managing time wisely is to make sure that I have enough time to work on, and do the affairs that are most important to me such as religion, family, and school. Being with family and friends makes life more enjoyable, and that is what I want to do, so it would be a good idea to spend more time with family and friends. Moreover, spending time on school is also important. Spending more time on school can help me receive better grades, which in turn can help me receive scholarships and increase my chances at going to a good college. In order to receive these things I need to spend more time on schoolwork. I am at school 5 out of 7 days of the week. I tend to spend most of my time in school. Wasting time is pointless when there are so many other things that I could be doing. I shouldn’t waste my time on material such as doing nothing at all, doing things harmful to me such as drugs, and video games. All of these are elements that waste time and are non-beneficial to me. I often find myself lounging around the house with “nothing to do,” when I could actually be out doing something to entertain myself and spend my time worthwhile. Doing nothing doesn’t help me manage my time and it is just a waste. Www.lookingforhappiness.org says that when someone goes for long periods at a time doing nothing, it can lead to them being depressed. It makes the person feel worthless and as if they are not important. This is a reason why I shouldn’t waste my time not doing anything. It is not beneficial to me and is more likely to make me more pensive than happy. Along with doing nothing, drugs are something that I shouldn’t do. Drugs are deficient and harmful to the body. Www.cdc.org says that 80% to 90% of lung cancer cases are caused by smoking. This shows how beastly smoking is as well as how wasteful it is. Www.lung.org says that secondhand smoking is responsible for 7,330 lung cancer deaths to nonsmokers per year. In a way, people that smoke are murderers.
