Wasting time is pointless when there are so many other things that I could be doing. I shouldn’t waste my time on material such as doing nothing at all, doing things harmful to me such as drugs, and video games. All of these are elements that waste time and are non-beneficial to me. I often find myself lounging around the house with “nothing to do,” when I could actually be out doing something to entertain myself and spend my time worthwhile. Doing nothing doesn’t help me manage my time and it is just a waste. Www.lookingforhappiness.org says that when someone goes for long periods at a time doing nothing, it can lead to them being depressed. It makes the person feel worthless and as if they are not important. This is a reason why I shouldn’t waste my time not doing anything. It is not beneficial to me and is more likely to make me more pensive than happy. Along with doing nothing, drugs are something that I shouldn’t do. Drugs are deficient and harmful to the body. Www.cdc.org says that 80% to 90% of lung cancer cases are caused by smoking. This shows how beastly smoking is as well as how wasteful it is. Www.lung.org says that secondhand smoking is responsible for 7,330 lung cancer deaths to nonsmokers per year. In a way, people that smoke are murderers. This example further shows how wasting time on drugs is an unacceptable thing to do. Lastly, I should not waste my time playing
I take the knowledge I gain from school and apply it to real world situations. One saying I stand by is that academic achievement in school is an investment in my future. When I do well in school, I enjoy knowing that I learned something new that I can take home. Overall, rather than just having a commitment to doing well in school, I have a commitment to actually

Time management has been one of the most substantial hurdles of my scholastic and professional career. The use of crack also put users at higher risk for seizures, strokes, and trouble with breathing. Very successful people also suffered from the consequences of using cocaine. “Two popular young athletes” died from taking too much cocaine. One was a basketball player who was just drafted into an NBA team. He had a basketball career ahead of him, possibly a successful one too as he was the 2nd draft pick, yet he threw away his life by succumbing to the attractions of cocaine.
In addition, I have been able to adapt improved time management skills between school and my extracurricular activities such as Reach/SADD which is a volunteering group, club volleyball, cross country, and

Perhapse you'll come to realize also that always doing something is a quicker and more efficent way of doing so. In fact, I've always been that boy that never stops moving. Coming back from Cedar Bend I have made a conscious effort to manage my time more effectively, so I can
Kensworth. Drug use and addiction cause a lot of diseases and disabilities in the world. Recent advances in neuroscience may help improve policies to reduce the harm that the use of drugs and other psychoactive drugs impose on society. Drugs can be harmful and beneficial in both ways as it can cure many diseases but can also create a world of hallucinations where human beings can dive into a world of fantasy and cause addictions that can cause a great risk on the long run, therefore, human beings must be cautious and avoid drug
Time management is everywhere. People may not notice, but time is an essential. For instance, when there is an application deadline for a college or a scholarship, creating a list of what is needed (such as a high school transcript) is an excellent skill for achieving goals.
