Human rights are very important to citizens around the world, so that equality and order will be applied for each person. In the past, very few people had rights, only the rich and powerful were the ones who were capable of owning such privileges. However, people evolved over time and believed that no individual is different from another, on the other hand, this discrimination was made by one’s morality. Islam supported the idea of equality to everybody men, women, and children. “They are “rights” because they are things you are allowed to be, to do or to have. These rights are there for your protection against people who might want to harm or hurt you. Nonetheless, time changes and people develop, and this leads to making some changes and extending the rights to the International Human Rights Declaration, to have the ability to protect everyone and no individual shall live with injustice. For example, Al Madina Charter is a contract between only the five tribes to have freedom of choosing a faith and protect each other from outside enemies. However, The International Human Rights Declaration does not contain that, some of different nations are allies to protect one another, it comprehends that nation will respect each other’s religion and culture, and does not differentiate people that have different colored skin or their origins, they all have the same rights. In the Al Madina Charter is an agreement between the Monotheistic Religions which are Islam, Christianity, and Judaism.
