Trust which is “assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone or something in which confidence is place” (Merriam-Webster's Learner's Dictionary, 1828). Confidence which is “faith or belief that one will act in a right, proper, or effective way” (Merriam-Webster's Learner's Dictionary, 1828). When abuse of power is present in a organizations, Soldiers loose trust on their leaders as they will not be doing things for the better but just because he or she said so. At the same time Soldiers have to be able to understand the difference and cannot go by their assumptions. Trust is one of the easiest attribute to loose and the hardest to get back.
Not committing to the task could potentially suggest that they were incompetent or lack the capacity as a military personnel so facing ‘dangers’ was a much preferred option. Additionally, discipline in the military can be seen when an officer makes his salutes appropriately, their conduct, to the state of their uniform and even how they present themselves in public. While discipline in military is rewarded as it is a sign of respect and duty, misconduct on the other hand is punishable. When discipline is lacking in an army personnel, it not only affects their own performance but also the team as a whole. It is therefore important to instil discipline early and effectively.
He deserves loyalty from his crew because he tries to save them, he forgets about his needs, and does not actively put them in danger. Even though Odysseus puts his crew in bad situations at times. Some leaders are very intimidating and make their team feel as if they can not establish their opinions on certain things. As a leader you should make those around you feel comfortable and encouraged enough to speak up and voice their opinions. Multiple ideas and points of views are always better than one. The things you are saying while communicating to team members should be truthful. Lying makes others feel as if they can’t believe you and feel you’re deceitful.

When interacting with clients, employees must show empathy, compassion and support. In regards to skills and qualifications, employees must be able to deal with the pressure and issues that may arise when it comes to a national catastrophic event. At times, it will be stressful, but, the employees must know how to take control of the situation and not show any signs of fear and stress to the public. The reason for this is because, individuals will be stressed out, scared, and shaken up from the catastrophic event. Employees must remain calm at all times no matter how bad the situation may be.

As a human service professional this is something we always need to be aware of. We need to watch the words we say, so we do not offend anyone. We need to watch how we carry ourselves so we do not appear bored of the client of restless as if we want to rush them. We need to be always aware of how we act and react to every situation that we face on a every client bases. We always need to remember rather we agree with the clients choices they are in front of us to become better.
A person who is a good leader may have many different qualities. First, if you’re a leader you must accept that not everyone will agree with your stance on issues, and you may not even get credit for all your accomplishments as a leader. A good leader is someone who leads by example, not force. Set a good example for those following you. Instead of forcing them to do things the way you think it should be done, show them that you are doing the right thing and that they are capable of making moral decisions too.
