There is also one fundamental difference between both of “Schools” in terms of IPE. According to (Lake, 2006), That OEP is the essential part of “American” school of IPE whereas, the “British” school is adopting more holistic view in its core fundamental of IPE. From the extensive study from (Cohen,2007) and (Lake,2006) which states that Americans are more optimistic or constructive and they conclude with the different level theories that are supported with sound or proven or concrete evidences which may be derived earlier. There have been many instances in future where it have been found that American version of IPE is not that accessible than what would have been accessed in British IPE version.
