Over the past few decades, there has been great improvement in technology. So much that we can not imagine our life today without it. When devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops where introduce they were seen as a luxury item to help make our life easier and enable us to communicate with one another much faster, but now a days these devices are not seen as a luxury item but instead as a necessity. Everything seems to be good until, we begin to see the flaws that come with it. We care so much for these devices that we see them as part of us instead of the tool they were meant to be. Most of us can't make it even one hour without looking down to our screens.
