Over the past few decades, there has been great improvement in technology. So much that we can not imagine our life today without it. When devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops where introduce they were seen as a luxury item to help make our life easier and enable us to communicate with one another much faster, but now a days these devices are not seen as a luxury item but instead as a necessity. Everything seems to be good until, we begin to see the flaws that come with it. For example, it is just like the article Is Your Phone Disconnecting You from the World? by Reg Carver and Shawn Jackson said, “Everyone thought the television was wonderful until we found that a lot of Americans were watching television when they should have been exercising, completing a special project around the house or even doing their homework.”and that the same for cellphones, tablets, any other device. We had these devices for not that long and we have let them take control of our life, but we must put a stop to it before this misusage of these devices become more harmful than helpful. We care so much for these devices that we see them as part of us instead of the tool they were meant to be. Most of us can't make it even one hour without looking down to our screens.
