Introduction: Life is interesting when things are going on smoothly. And one of the factors that determine the extent of fulfilment in life is ‘relationship.’ Human beings are social and interdependent creatures, which makes relationship almost inevitable for man. In summary, it can be said that “We are our relationships.” In all facets of life, there are series of relationships that we build. As individuals, couples or families, the need for proper relationship education cannot be overruled if we wish to have healthy relationships. Knowing one true self and living every day with that consciousness are a step towards wholeness, from which relationship wholeness stems. Primarily, relationship skills are a basis for relationship wholeness because one has to learn to take full responsibility for one’s life and happiness and get rid of the hopes that another person can do the job for you. Among the indispensable relationship skills required to develop, perfect understanding of yourself through self-inquiry comes first. Note that true happiness and fulfilment can come only from within you. Accepting this fact enables you to regain your personal power and ability to have healthy and fulfilling relationships. Relationship wholeness cannot be achieved in isolation. It is dependent on the totality of your relationship skills. In the real world, a man that is attracted to a woman starts to see her as a reflection of his feminine trait. The man learns about his personal female side and proceeds to handle the fears and limitations he may have; therefore, he integrates better with himself. Likewise, a woman that falls in love with a man sees the man as a reflection of her. In a nutshell, seeing the person you are attracted to as a reflection helps to reduce your dependence on him or her because you realize that you also have the same traits the person has; only that you put in efforts to become a better person and deepen your connection with
