The Case:
There are cases that could be quite simple to determine, but due to insufficient know-how and equipment, various parts of the case are left unsolved, or investigated in a rush with the aim to perhaps prevent case backlog. Carl also discovered that Hendrick was abusive of women and was an alcoholic. He convinced Hendrick to take the polygraph test, which he failed; depicting falsehood in telling about the account on Pam’s death. This new account is a huge turnaround in the case since he created the possibility of belief that the whole judgment was based on falsehood. Carl dug for more information from all participants in the case, including Pam’s children. Bowen also brings into the picture other investigators with a great resume, such as Kelly Seigler who had an impeccable record of successful high profile prosecutions and Yolanda McClary alongside Hollywood video production teams. They later worked on the case, unearthing more evidence and probable theories that led to the film “Cold Justice”. The team worked seamlessly providing stunning results and a rapid turnaround
“Once they learned there that was never tested for DNA, including a liquor bottle containing human skin cells and rope found at the crime scene, they visited Adnan Syed in the prison. This quote proves that Christina did not look into DNA evidence. Adnan should be granted post conviction because his past attorney didn’t test potential evidence that could support Syed. Ronald Lee Moore, who was released from prison 10 days before Lee vanished in January 1999, could have been responsible for her death. This quote shows that there could have been other suspects to blame besides Mr. S, who was a strong suspect.
