The right allows the people who are accused of crimes from being imprisoned without indictments and trials, where they receive the opportunity to confront their accusers. The issue in the article pertains to the inequalities that transgender people face in school. Transgenders at school are being discriminated due to their gender and are only allowed to use the facilities that match his or her gender.
