The country that she is talking about is called Panem, were every person that lives here is really exotic and sophisticated, but not everything is nice on this story, there are twelve poor districts governed by the rich Capitol. There was a thirteenth district in the past but the Capitol destroyed them because they rebelled, this rebellions happens because the capital wants to keep them under his power.
