We never really understood why the Jews specifically. Was it only Adolf Hitler’s fought or maybe there were more people behind these horrible crimes. Adolf Hitler was the leader of Nazi Germany from 1934 to 1945. His strong beliefs about Jewish people resulted in millions of deaths of them.
Adolf Hitler abused his power negatively by killing/torturing many jews and treating everyone but the dominant person in his eyes poorly. He also caused countless other problems naming him as one of the worst leaders in history. Adolf Hitler had a lot of power being the ruler of Nazi Germany, but he used to poorly, with power like that many good can be done but Adolf Hitler used it in a negative way. He used his power to create a genocide against Jews and focus the country towards war instead of improvement of the nation. Adolf Hitler, was an aspiring artist but there was no success coming his way therefore he screened for Austrian military service in 1914, and was put into war when world war 1 started, being deployed in october 1914 to Belgium.
In the book Night by Ellie Wiesel there are many words that can describe the horrible events that went on during the Holocaust. There was a tremendous amount of evil that the Germans displayed during this time period. One of the most soul opening quotes from Ellie was, “Yes, I did see this, with my own eyes … children thrown into the flames" (Wiesel 51). The people in this book that committed these crimes were always so corrupt. It is extremely wrong to kill any person, but it is especially wrong to kill babies that still have so much more of their life to live.
I read about people with disabilities being killed by the thousands which hit especially hard since I myself have a disability, it made me tear up, knowing that something that these innocent people had no control of got them killed. Something that could have brought people together and made them celebrate their differences instead divided them and caused them to be killed. I truly have a deeper understanding of all that jews and righteous gentiles sacrificed, i’ve learned to choose kindness when hate is so tempting, and to do the right thing no matter how
There were many who collaborated and murdered Jews, yet there were even more who kept silent and did nothing to stop this from happening. There were Nazis at the time who laughed at their victims, saying: If you try to tell people about this afterwards, no one will believe you! (Today, if you look on the internet, you will encounter hundreds of evil sites dedicated to anti-Semitism and denying that the Holocaust, a historical fact, took place.) So, the role of witnesses like Elie Wiesel is to fight the amoral indifference in this world, to remind us that he saw how the "cultured" Europeans degraded and murdered so many innocent individual human beings.
Nazis thought they were cleansing the world while others believed it was vile. The Holocaust is notorious to people for Hitler murdering Jews, but that is not the only reason. If looked into deeper it is realized that Hitler was a mastermind who created chaos and fear in the whole world. It is written in history and will never be forgotten. Because Hitler was anti semitic and had a very high power over the Nazis, together they killed millions of people during the Holocaust.
Raskolnikov is expressing remorse for his actions, and confessing his true desire to Sonya. Looking closer, it is very easy to see his Id, Superego, and Ego. At the beginning of the novel, Raskolnikov gives many reasons as to why the pawnbroker deserved to be killed. He seemed to think that the pawnbroker was a terrible human being, who had more money than anyone in their poverty-ridden town. Because of this, Raskolnikov planned to murder her for those two very simple reasons.
“Garrison had gone so far to denounce the U.S. Constitution of it’s proslavery as ‘a covenant with death and an agreement with hell’” (Garrison). This information is to be found true. Many people proclaim that his harsh languages and brutality made people that opposed him furious, but people that supported him very hype. Garrison also publicly burned a copy of the constitution to show his brutality. William Lloyd Garrison, The Liberator was a great man in the view of many.
This time it felt a little different, many people greeted them with open arms and were congratulating them on their wins. However, President Roosevelt snubbed them and didn’t send out the most positive vibe. In Germany, many people began to realize who the true Adolf Hitler was and that the Aryan race was not superior. Hitler began to execute many Jews and started a horrific event that many people know as the Holocaust. The games frustrated and embarrassed Hitler enough that he took action in the worst possible way.
When the the Persian Gulf War was going on it was obvious that Bin Laden hated americans. In this interview he said “Every Muslim the minute he can start differentiating, carries hate towards Americans, Jews and Christians, this is part of our ideology. Ever since I can recall, I felt at war with the Americans and had feelings of animosity and hate towards them,”. He became mentally sick after the Persian Gulf War which made him angry and grudgeful which made him plan 911 to kill americans( Jonathan Mahler 1).
Grendel was always sinning by murdering every night. In lines 1-2 it backs up my stating of Grendel being evil it says “A powerful monster, living down in the darkness, impatient.” Grendel was smart in many ways. One way Grendel was smart was because he knew when to strike. Grendel killed many of people undetected.
Holocaust Heroes - Miep Gies. The holocaust was the worst genocide ever realized on earth, it left millions of victims dead. Thousands of people helped this horrible and non human movement to be executed, the German Politics, SS police, German Soldiers and other organizations, but not everyone let Hitler’s propaganda and speeches influence on them, A lot of people helped thousands of Jews to hide during the war. Nazi-sponsored persecution and mass murder fueled resistance to the Germans in the Third Reich itself and throughout occupied Europe.
Shown through the Holocaust, concentration camps, and immigration, it was proven that Jews during World War II were some of the most harshly treated people of all time. The Holocaust is one of the most devastating events in human history as the Nazi’s killed millions. Most Jews were thrown into labor facilities known as Concentration camps, and it is shocking the amount of horrific happenings inside of these camps. For the ones that tried to escape Nazi occupation, the Jewish people had to hide and flee, however it was also a struggle to make it into another country. Throughout history there have been many terrible events and wars, however WWII proved to be one of the cruelest times there ever will be, and the Jews suffered the most during this time.
