On September 1, 2001, the country of the United States of America along with the world changed. An orchestrated attack on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and another target- unknown but possibly the White House -put in place by a group of terrorist, made headlines all over the world. These attacks cost the lives of many people in Washington D.C, Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and New York City. In New York City, a total of 2,753 were killed when two planes were flown into the North and South Towers of the World Trade Center. These people consisted of the passengers and the crew on the plane, rescue workers, and occupants of the two buildings.
