You may have heard of some of the greatest conquerors of the eastern hemisphere Genghis Khan and Alexander the Great. What makes them want to conqueror the world? How were they able to conqueror so much land? But also, what is their story?
(Temujin) Genghis Khan was born in 1162 in Deluun Boldog. He was the member of the Khamag Mongol tribe and a descendant of the Khabul Khan. They both conquered a great deal of land. Both of their father were assassinated by their enemies. They were both born into leadership/ royalty. Their fathers were both leaders of their land. Soon after their fathers were killed they became leaders to their land and people. Genghis killed his half-brother so that he can become the chief of the clan and alexander killed all the people who were Aires to the throne. But of course everyone has differences just like Genghis Khan and Alexander the Great. Genghis died when his was 65 years old and Alexander died when he was just 32 years old. Genghis lived twice as long as poop Alexander. They were also born far apart from each other. Alexander was born in the westside (Europe) while Genghis was born in eastside (Asia). Genghis had many wives and he had a huge amount of off springs. About 0.5% of men in the world are descendants of Genghis Khan (Razibkhan99). This is a big deal because Alexander only had 2 sons and he didn’t have that much wives as Genghis. Therefore, Alexander didn’t have as many descendants as Genghis Khan.
