Aim: The purpose of this assignment is explore how to involve creativity into children’s play through learning and helping them develop. The word "creativity," in our society, tends to be applied to artistic projects. But divergent thinking is an essential part of everyday life, whether it 's navigating places or planning a new creation.
Also, play helps children to develop their physical, mental, social and emotionally. If children and young people have access to good play provision then it many benefits for them, these may be: • It will help to increase the children and young people’s awareness, self-esteem and self-respect. • It will give them opportunity to mix with other children whatever their background or ability are. •
The key features of an effective play based learning environment are that children able to play uninterrupted for long periods of time and are able to choose from a range of resources and areas, letting them choose activities on their own accord. Children are able to develop a wide variety of skills by having lots of various resources to choose from. 2.5 Explain why both adult initiated and child initiated play and learning activities are important for children from birth to five years In an Early Years setting we allow children to participate in child initiated play. By allowing children to choose which resources they would like to play with let’s them explore their favourite type of activity, and have a sense of independence.
With this balance, these kindergarteners will be able to grow up and be as successful as possible, "Play has been phased out … with the context of play." (Source E). There is no reason why educators cannot make learning fun and creative as well as productive. New methods, including "Kahoot" and "Blooket," are perfect examples. These games develop academic knowledge while also building up teamwork and social skills.
In conclusion, boredom can lead to great benefits such as the use of imagination and an outlet of creativity. Parents should let their child play freely because it can be useful in finding out their creative side and can possibly create something out of nothing. Society teaches us that the more money we spend on child development, they will become more successful and more intellectually sound. I believe that this is a big flaw in our system because what truly is priceless is the knowledge that is gained through trial and error and the endless possibilities
Even if you’re not involved in their play it offers a sense of reassurance to children. You can also support a play based approach to learning by encouraging children to play with things they may not have played with before e.g playing with the resource yourself alongside the child. I agree that play-based learning offers diverse opportunities for children to explore, discover and create, they can also discover new things and communicate with peer during free-play time. Frobel said that “Play is the highest expression of human development in childhood, for it alone is the free expression of what is in a child 's soul” (Froebel, 1887). He believed in the importance of play in a child’s learning as creative activity. Play provided the means for a child’s intellectual, social, emotional and physical development which are necessary elements in educating the “whole” children allowing them to use all imaginative powers and physical movements to explore their interests.

This are the main thing, that make our children mind sharper and independent thinker. Our children need the freedom to choose activities based on there interests and levels. We can't force them to play,what we wants to play. this will affect our children interests. We have give them choose,what they really want to play with, no matter it's dancing or swimming.
Despite it being easy to list down various play activities, it is difficult to come up with a set definition for it although it is widely accepted that play should very much be free, unstructured and mostly child-initiated. The purpose of play and the supposed benefits the different types of play aids in the development of a child will be further discussed. Given that play is such an integral part of a child’s life, based on evolutionary perspectives, there has to be a reason why children engage in play and thus classical play theories attempt to explain the purpose of play.
In the article ''Helping Children Play Creatively" the author gives his opinion on how creativity play can help a child develop his social skills, on the article '' The Benefits of Organized Activities" the author states how organized activities help children to develope good habits. In my opinion I think organized activities tend to help children get prepared to succeed in life by developing good habits. The author of the article "Helping Children Play Creativily" states that creativity play helps children to express themselves, by working on a variety of projects using clay, wood and even toys that they use to develop motor skills and habilities. They learn by playing and socializing with friends or siblings and forging attitudes
In this essay I will be disscussing the importance of letting children play more creatively. I will also talk about why it is important to talk about why they should use their imagination more often while they play. I feel as if it is important to let them play more creatively because it helps them make their own rule to the game, and get their mind flowing with new ideas. It is helpful to the children for it helps them think more and comprehend different ideas from others or their selves. As children get older they tend to stop using imagination becuase they stop being creative as more rules come into play when they get older and shuts their imagination down.
Creative play and organized play has two different aspects. I beleive that creative play is more important for many reasons such as children using their imagination, sense of humor, being theirselves, and also learning new techniques while going along. Many children find that using their imagination puts them in a state of being free. Using their imagination reassures them that life is great. It lets them know that they could be anything that they put their minds into and that they could do whatever they want.
