In the world of technology, social media is a newer innovation in the way people can include themselves in the lives of others. Before social media was a large part of everyone 's life, people had talked to one another in person, face to face, or would send and receive letters from afar. Social media gives many benefits to the world, which allows a connection between all societies. Long lost siblings are being found, fundraisers are being held, and wedding invitations can be sent to those who we have lost contact with because of the benefits that social media offers us.
